Rives BFK is mouldmade in France from 100% cotton, acid free and has 4 deckled edges (2 natural deckles and 2 torn, done at the final stage of the papermaking process). Its smooth surface, soft feel and light sizing allows it to display every detail beautifully.

Rives is perfect for many printmaking techniques: lithography, silkscreen, letterpress, intaglio, pastel & charcoal. This paper has been around since the beginning of the 19th century and was named after the owners of the Rives Mill in France from their initials: Blanchet Frères & Kiebler (BFK).
